The hotel is perfectly located right at the entrance of a beautiful park, allowing for easy access to nature trails and scenic views. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, although they could have been better isolated. the swimming pools were a definite highlight, providing a refreshing escape from the summer heat.

The kitchen service was quite poor, with long waiting times for meals and inconsistencies in the breakfast menu.

The kitchen service was extremely slow, we had to wait for over an hour for our food and when it arrived it was overcooked. We also had a bad experience during breakfast as we were informed that many items were not included in our reservation and would incur a surcharge, which was not mentioned anywhere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, right at the entrance of the national park, was perfect for exploring nature. The staff, who spoke English and were very friendly and helpful, made our experience even better. The hotel had nice swimming pools, which were great for relaxation. The hotel boasted two gorgeous swimming pools, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. the hotel’s location near the entrance of Lagodekhi Park was incredibly convenient and offered us beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated their English-speaking abilities.

We found the kitchen service to be lacking during our stay. Unfortunately, we waited more than an hour for our dinner order, which ended up being an overcooked trout that stuck to the aluminum foil.
